Before the mega-malls moved in, the Hamdan Centre was the place to shop. It may have seen better days but persistent shoppers can still uncover some great finds.
Many head there for its discount accessories—both genuine and counterfeit. Faux Rolexes and Louis Vuitton purses bring in the biggest business. Be sure to ask to “see what’s in the back” for the better models, and don’t be afraid to haggle. Trick of the trade: look disinterested and walk away—you’ll be sure to get a better price.
