Delhi woke to dense fog today, as visibility dropped to dangerous level all across Delhi-NCR. Reports state a number of flights were either delayed or cancelled due to low visibility and predictions of further bad weather. Region’s air quality index too hit another low,with PM 2.5 pegged at 278 (poor) as minimum temperature in the capital dropped to 9 degree Celsius for the day. Read less

The prevailing conditions are expected to stay the same for a few more days, while mercury plunges down further.
