Free street parking, a woodland theme and plenty of surrounding trees make this playground one of the prettiest in Calgary. Located on Cliff St and 22nd Ave SW, this playground caters to kids of all ages. The recycled tire flooring has been coloured brown with footprints and a fake creek running through it, complete with mushroom stools and steps for the little ones. The climber is best suited for school aged kids, set up in a loop at the top so that the kids can run all around it without having to come down. The climber is loaded with features including catwalks, twisty slides, rope courses and ladders. The smaller preschool climber has its own slide and 4-seater bouncer. Surrounding this park is community gardens, mature trees and plenty of space for the kids to run around. Although there are no picnic tables here, there are a few benches where parents can hang out and keep an eye on the kids. Plenty of grass does provide ample picnic space though.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
