Have you ever seen a break-dancer perform his rather complex antics and simultaneously balance a football on his leg like a total professional? If you haven’t, Prague is exactly where you should be. Wenceslas Square, the most prominent address of the city, is home to several gifted entertainers such as these. Most afternoons, you can watch them set up their personal jukeboxes in the middle of the plaza and then proceed to dance to the catchy tunes emanating from the same with all the manic energy in the world. Right from some fancy b-boying to elaborate popping and locking routines, these powerhouses of talent can do everything flawlessly.Although it seems impossible at first, the icing on the cake is their ability to juggle footballs mid-routine, thus getting thunderous claps and roars from the spectators. And the ball, no matter how difficult it might look, will not slip out of their feet. Dressed in bright jersey t-shirts and sweatpants, these dancers are conspicuous even from a distance. Their moves are infectious, what with kids often joining in and trying to emulate them, failing terribly one step at a time. Moreover, the speed at which they go can put you in a state of trance and make you want to match their complicated twists and turns. Considering their youthful enthusiasm, nobody can help but be filled with admiration.
