An open sky and under lit flooring creates a wonderful sensation that makes you wobbly even before you have started your evening. Some of their signature cocktails are Twilight Bikinis (Orange infused Vodka, Peach Liqueur, Mango and Apricot) and Rock 'N' Roll Sunset (Bourbon Whisky, Cherry Syrup and Ginger Ale). Our favourite is the 'Sunset' looking 6 o'clock Skyye, a mix of Melon, Strawberry, Triple Sec and White Rum. Single Malts from all regions are to be found here and the courteous staff is well trained to help you decide. If you want to order some food try the Falafel Vegetarian, Chicken Kharoof Mahashish, Peri Peri Chicken or Shish Taouk. For a substantial meal tuck into a Malay Curry and Rice available in Veg & Non-Veg versions. Skkye bar is the destination for an ethereal experience in Bangalore.
