Olive Beach is rather more about great dining. New trends and fads have come and gone but this restaurant retains its popularity of being casual and chic. You will see the young and trendy catching up with friends and relaxing over a drink or celebrating a special occasion. Chef Manu Chandra's latest menu (there is a separate all-vegetarian one) includes new dishes like Wine-cured Grape and Goat Cheese Salad, Cherry tomato Tart Tatin and Vegetable Tagine. For non-vegetarians, the Pan Seared Foie Gras, Baked Salmon in Champagne Sauce, Braised and Caramelized Pork Belly, and Gambas Pil Pil is a must-try. Their Chocolate Fondant and the new Catalan Bread Pudding are delightful. They also host a monthly gourmet bazaar, jazz evenings and fashion events. You can sip on cocktails made from all-fresh ingredients and order from one of the best wine lists in town continues to rock with the cool set. With branches in Mumbai and Delhi, the Olive chain has created benchmarks in the Indian independent restaurant business. Olive Beach is proof of the fact that some things never go out of style.
