Taylor Street Coffee Shop is another San Francisco cheap and cheerful hole in the wall. Be prepared to wait though, as this popular spot often has a 20 to 30 minute wait during peak breakfast times, but it’s worth it.
Taylor Street Coffee Shop also has great food, especially breakfast treats. The cooked breakfast menu provides a wide range of dishes. Eggs play the lead here, and come in all forms depending on your liking (form $6.45). There are also traditional favourites like eggs benedict ($10.95), pancakes ($5.45), and french toast ($6.25). The crowd pleaser though is clearly Taylor’s special hash browns ($5.50), which are crispy shredded potatoes lightly salted and cooked to perfection. Add this to any meal, and you will not be sorry!
