Cool down with a bubble tea
Word to the wise: If you can't locate a Gong Cha outlet, try KOI—loyal fans argue their bubble teas are just as good, if not better.
There's an art to consuming Gong Cha's signature milk tea—which you'll find printed (in English) on the cup. But the small print doesn't specify that the creamy froth is actually salty—it's definitely an acquired taste. Join the snaking queues at the original City Square Mall or head to Gong Cha's newer outlet in Gardens Mall.
