After beginning his career at a Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK at the tender age of 14, chef Ryan Clift honed his culinary expertise around the world before launching Singapore's hottest modern cocktail-dining establishment.

No longer the sole domain of the city's deep pocket set, the industrial-chic venue's Tippling Terrace offers a more affordable bar-snack menu paired with a bespoke cocktail list. Five or 10-course paired tasting menus (think: pigeon with celery, goat curd, and preserved lemon washed down with a glass of Saumur-Champigny) are still available inside.
