Santosh bakery’s located in the relatively quiet area of Apte road, which is mostly residential but gets enough of a crowd from the neighbourhood. The best part of this bakery is that every single item is made absolutely fresh, where every step of the process – prepping to baking – happens right in front of your eyes. Everything’s sold hot, straight out of the oven. The breads here are a must in all their soft, crispy deliciousness. Don’t forget to try their honey roll, which is the fastest selling snack.
