A 30-storey skyscraper, it is located in the Gutleutviertel district of Frankfurt. Completed in 2004 and designed by two architects Schneider & Schumacher, it means ‘West Port Tower.’ It is one of the first buildings at the former West Port. Westhafen Tower is located near Frankfurt Central Station. It is at a walking distance from the main station. You can also reach here by bus or tram.
The building has winter gardens, which create a better indoor temperature. There is also full climate control. The building also makes use of water from the Main River to cool the building.
It is one of the stunning, high-rise buildings you can add to your list of sightseeing when strolling along the Main River. Restaurants, shops, and specialty stores are all located within one to ten minutes of walk. Some nearby attractions are Baseler Platz, Münchner Straße, and Kaiserstraße.
