Go Island Hopping

Bali has a variety of beaches, but the most picture perfect ones, with white sandy beaches and turquoise waters are actually found on the smaller neighbouring islands. These islands are within quick and easy reach of Bali by speedboat, so make a great day trip or a gat away for a couple of days.
Bali’s gorgeous sister islands of Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida and Nusa Ceningan can be visitied in a day tour on a thrilling power raft trip where part of the fun is getting there (you will get wet!). Nusa Lembongan is the best for surfing, Nusa Penida is has a great variety of dive sites and diverse marine life to explore in the reefs. Nusa Ceningan is the smallest of the three islands with not much to do, but simply relax and enjoy the tropical paradise.

The 3 tiny but paradisiacal Gili Islands comprise of Gili Trawangan, the largest Gili Island that is developing as a vibrant party spot, mellow and laidback Gili Meno, and Gili Air which is a good middle ground between the two. The Gili islands are a popular add-on to a holiday in Bali, and are still only 2 hours away by speedboat. If you can’t bear to tear yourself away from these paradise islands then fortunately they all offer basic accommodation.
