About Komodo Island and National Park
The Komodo National Park is mostly natural, with very little infrastructure, so it is basically a nature-lover’s haven. You can experience trekking the hills here, and the Kelimutu Volcano. You can also explore Flores Island, or go snorkelling.
The best time to visit the island and the national park is between April and December, which is usually the dry season. January to March is the rainy season here.
