Kerala Government’s new initiative She Lodges will bring cheers to many solo women travellers travelling to the state. It implies women's’ only hostels to be set up in all parts of the state. And flagging of the initiative, the first She Lodge has been inaugurated recently in central Kerala, which is precisely located around 6 km outside Thrissur. Read less
If latest reports are to go by, the said staying options will have a capacity to accommodate 50 travellers approximately and will come equipped with all facilities, such as dining halls, kitchen and offices. Also, to ensure the safety of women travellers, these hostels will be beefed up with security personnel and CCTV cameras.
