The place is currently snow-covered and ready to welcome travellers with open arms. Fortunately, those who visited Manali over the weekend were thrilled to see the place covered with a white blanket of snow. The best way to reach the Solang Valley is to first reach Manali via the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation run Volvo bus, and then take a local cab to the place. The Solang Valley lies at a distance of 13 km from the Mall Road area of Manali.
