At this time of the year, the idea of a day out in Delhi is one of the best things to do to make the best of this pleasant February winter. Sure, most of us may feel like having already known enough about Delhi, but in truth, thereās a lot to be known and heard of from the right sources.
Hereās a chance to retrace Delhiās 800 years journey from a small outpost to the capital city of India. The upcoming two-day exploratory narrative starting from Feb 15 to 16 will explore how empires rose and fell in one of the most unique cities in the world.
However, considering the fact that Delhiās unlimited trajectories cannot be fully explored in two daysā span, this event holds the promise of laying open the city in the best insightful manner possible. To keep participants pumped up throughout the walk, the organisers will also serve them with delicious Dilli ka khana.
Itinerary and schedule
Saturday, 15 February 2020
8:30 AM: Origins of Delhi Walk - Understand the intriguing story of Delhiās rise in Mehrauli's peaceful and verdant surroundings.
11:30 AM: Purani Dilli & Food Walk - Sair in the culturally dynamic neighbourhood of Shahjahanabad. Food will be served.
3:30 PM: Kabootar Bazi from Old Delhi's rooftop
4:30 PM: Mushaira at Ghalib's haveli with four budding poets of Delhi.

07:30 AM: e-cycle tour of Lutyensā Delhi and explore its grandeur.
Inclusions
