A team from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) will arrive in the city on September 24 after which they will proceed to inspect the ramappa temple in Warangal the next day. The temple is in contention for the World Heritage Site tag in 2020, for which the inspection is taking place.
