The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted an insolvency case against Blu-Smart Mobility Tech over an unpaid amount of Rs 5.84 crore. The NCLT appointed an interim resolution professional and placed the company under a moratorium. Blu-Smart Mobility's denial of operational debt was rejected by the tribunal, which cited acknowledged partial liability and continued service usage.
