A fire broke out on the set of Akshay Kumar’s 'Kesari' during a 2018 climax shoot, destroying it and causing losses of Rs 8 crore. SFX supervisor Vishal Tyagi said there were no safety measures, and the crew watched helplessly for two hours. No casualties were reported.
