On 13 September 2017, the election results of the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) were declared. In shocking comeback, Congress-led <strong><a href="http://www.thetimesofindia.online/topic/NSUI" data-type="tilCustomLink">National Students' Union of India</a></strong> (NSUI) returned to power by winning the posts of the President and the Vice President. <br /><br />It came as a blow for the BJP-led <strong><a href="http://www.thetimesofindia.online/topic/abvp" data-type="tilCustomLink">Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad</a></strong> (ABVP), as they lost the President and Vice President posts after four years. <br /><br />NSUI's Rocky Tuseed won the President's post defeating ABVP's Rajat Choudhary while Kunal Sehrawat won the Vice Presidency. ABVP has won the Secretary and Joint Secretary posts.<br /><br />A total of 43 per cent voter turnout was recorded in the elections held on on the previous day. <br /><br /><meta content="cms.next" name="cmsei" />
