The Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) has sought a vigilance inquiry into the contract with a private firm, Datamate Software and Exports Limited, which allegedly installed faulty hotel management software in its hotels that resulted in a private tour operator accessing guest details in KTDC hotels.
