The streaming service announced its upcoming series based on Legendary studio's Monsterverse, titled "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters". The show features an ensemble cast of Kurt Russell and his son Wyatt Russell, Anna Sawai, Kiersey Clemons, Ren Watabe, Mari Yamamoto, Anders Holm, Joe Tippett and Elisa Lasowski. The 10-episode series will continue the story of the Monsterverse set after the events of "Godzilla" to uncover the family's connection to the secretive group known as Monarch, featured in Legendary's Monsterverse films. "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters" is expected to begin streaming later this year.

The show, based on Legendary's Monsterverse, will have its first two episodes released on that date, followed by a new episode every Friday until January 12, 2024. The series continues the story of the Monsterverse established in movies like "Godzilla" and "Kong: Skull Island" and features an ensemble cast including Kurt Russell and Wyatt Russell. The plot revolves around two siblings uncovering their family's connection to the secretive organization known as Monarch.
