Speaking candidly on the Christmas Eve episode of New Heights, Travis Kelce explained that the idea came naturally once he noticed how deeply Taylor Swift had embraced baking during her downtime after the Eras Tour.



“I will say one of Tay’s favorite gifts that I got her was the bread slicer,” Kelce said, adding that Swift had been making “so much sourdough” at home. According to Kelce, the slicer quickly became a staple in her kitchen, helping her perfect the loaves she frequently shares with friends and family.

Swift herself has previously spoken about her passion for baking, admitting that sourdough has “taken over” her life in recent months. From cinnamon raisin to blueberry lemon and even a funfetti-inspired loaf, the singer has experimented with flavours while enjoying a quieter holiday season.
