“I’m just dating around”: Alix Earle gets newfound attention with viral past interview amidst dating rumors with Tom Brady

Tom Brady has stayed in the public eye since retiring from the NFL with his sportscasting gig, and now his rumored romance with popular influencer Alix Earle. As fans got curious about her, past comments made by Earle about dating have now resurfaced after the two were spotted together during New Year’s Eve celebrations.

A 2023 interview on Howard Stern featured Earl’s views on relationships, commitment, and age gaps. While neither Brady nor Earle has confirmed a relationship, the contrast between their lifestyles and her candid remarks has fueled widespread speculation. Earle emphasized that despite getting DMs from popular personalities, she likes to have fun in relationships and is not looking at anything serious.

Old interviews and new sightings add fuel to the speculation

In the Howard Stern interview, she stated, “I’m just dating around, having fun,” she said at the time. “Nothing serious.” Earle also spoke freely about receiving messages from well-known figures, noting that some were older. When asked about their ages, she confirmed, “Some are older. 40s.” She later added that age alone was not a deal breaker, explaining, “I’m a personality person.”


Her dating history shows a clear pattern of comfort with older partners. In 2022, Earle briefly dated MLB player Tyler Wade, who was six years older than her. Not long after, she entered a relationship with NFL wide receiver Braxton Berrios, who was five years her senior. That relationship ended earlier this year, shortly before she was seen spending time with Brady at a New Year’s Eve party.

Earle has also spoken openly about significant age gaps in past relationships. On Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast in April 2024, she recalled a college romance with a much older man. She recalled, “He was like 45 when I was 20” later adding, “Sometimes I love an old man.” These resurfacing remarks make sense, as reports stated that she and Brady were introduced through mutual friends and appeared comfortable together on the dance floor.

For Brady, being linked to younger women is nothing new. Past rumors involving Sydney Sweeney were later dismissed, and he was previously reported to have dated Irina Shayk. As of now, the Brady and Earle dating rumors are driven largely by public sightings and social media buzz.
