Amon-Ra St. Brown’s father John sparks debate as he calls out girlfriends for crushing dreams leaving fans fiercely split

Amon-Ra St. Brown’s father, John Brown, recently appeared on Ryan Clark’s The Pivot Podcast. Brown was asked for his advice to his three sons regarding relationships. The three-time Mr. World said, “You can fall in love with a short woman or a tall woman. It’s the same love as the love. You got a choice to make. Be mindful.Amon-Ra has a beautiful girlfriend [Brooklyn Adams], I’m talking about inside, not out. She’s beautiful outside too, but just been together since 10th grade, which is wonderful, but at that time, when I met her, she was just 16 years old. I told her, ‘Amon-Ra don’t have a girlfriend. Girls are dream killers.’”Brown then asked Clark if he agreed with that thought. The former Washington Redskins safety replied, “No, I don’t agree with that. I do not agree with that. Unlike you, I have two daughters.” Brown quickly changed his response and said that if he had girls, then boys were dream killers for them.And then the renowned former professional bodybuilder asked Clark whether he agreed with that vice-versa scenario. Without a second thought, the Super Bowl champion said, “Yes.”Brown moved on and said, “So, we’re all on the same page then. So, I told him [Amon-Ra] that, not to say anything bad towards her [Brooklyn], just to try to give him a good foundation to understand that this mission we’re on, you can’t screw around, you know [screams I’m in love]. You know, I can’t play the game. I can’t play today. I’m in love. She broke my heart. You can’t have that.
