AHMEDABAD: Indian eves came from behind to beat West Indies and win the five-match One-day International (ODI) series 3-2. The women in blue are now a confident lot and look forward to continue their winning streak as they shift focus to the shortest format of the game. India will play three Twenty20 matches against West Indies starting Saturday at the Motera Stadium.
Banking on the all-rounders to do the job, Indian skipper Jhulan Goswami said that the all-rounder's in the side - Rumeli Dhar, Amita Sharma, Harmanpreet Kaur, Reema Malhotra and herself-should make the difference in the final analysis.

"We came from behind in the ODIs to beat theim fair and square. We have the momentum in our favour. Presence of good all-rounders in our team will be vital in the end," said the Indian skipper.
Goswami also stressed upon the fact that her team's long exposure to the Motera track gives them the edge over their counterparts.
"Most of the girls have played on this ground for three years on the trot and know the behaviour of the pitch," the lanky pacer said adding that she has fully recovered from the finger injury she picked up during the fourth ODI in Rajkot.
Jhulan's counterpart Merissa Aguilleira said that the team has put the ODI loss behind them though she was quick to confess that their middle-order is a worry.
"We did well in the T20 World Cup and have a good side. We also have on board the most successful T20 batswoman, Deandra Dottin. But we hope to tighten things up in the middle-order after our openers have done a good job," Aguilleira said adding that they worked on plan to combat the menacing Indian spinners.
"Yes, their tweakers were deadly in the ODIs but we will look to rotate the strike if we were to do well against them," she pointed.
