WWE superstar, Montel Vontavious Porter’s (also known as MVP) return to the company in 2020 marked the formation of the popular ‘The Hart Business.
Other members of the group include Bobby Lashley, Sheldon Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander. After their contracts expired (except Alexander), the trio were reportedly found talking to AEW.There are rumors that MVP, Lashley, and Benjamin will team up together to create another group only this time their chosen promotion is AEW. According to Fightful Select, AEW has been in regular conversations with the trio and there have been discussions about creating a new group in AEW that will resemble their former stable. However, there’s been no confirmation about the same.After Lashley and MVP left the company, a company named Totally Harmless Concept LLC took action. They filed for a new trademark related to MVP’s ring name and terms connected to The Hurt Business and came up with a new moniker ‘The Hurt Syndicate.’ If this piece of information is true, then it is likely that their induction could occur at AEW’s upcoming event called, Tag Team Casino Gauntlet match featuring tag teams.However, Fightful Select has not confirmed any specific plans involving them in the match.
