BCCI receives CVs of 3 coaches

The three applicants for the Indian coach’s job havereceived confirmation of the receipt of their CVs.The BCCI may nothave publicly acknowledged their names, but Dav Nosworthy, Terry Oliver and JohnDyson have been told they will be updated on when the selection process willre-start.The Board is following the advice of their president SharadPawar of not rushing into selecting into a new coach following the Graham Fordfiasco."The process is yet to start but we have a system in place.We will follow that,”" said Ratnakar Shetty, Chief Administrative Officer.Meanwhile, Nosworthy, currently coaching New Zealand A on a tour to Australia,claimed he was ‘surprised’ at his India link.Nosworthyclaimed his London-based agent Paul Carrick must have sent his biodata andapplication through to the Indian board without his knowledge. "I haven’theard anything from anyone but I do have a representative in London who looksafter these things for me, and acts on my behalf — that’s how I gotthe Canterbury job," he said.
