According to an agency report from Islamabad, Akram would be offered Rs 75,000 per day.
"Look, to me its important that he (Akram) comes and shares his experience with our pacers. Price is a secondary thing. We have a pretty good crop of pacers and his focus will be to finetune their bowling skills," Dev said.
He added that the association is for this season only and the DDCA would look into the results and Akrams availability before entering into a long-term contract.
Akram will train U-20, U-19 and U-16 players who have represented the state. He is likely to visit Delhi after Aug 15 and will train the youngsters for a maximum of 20 days.
