NEET PG Supreme Court Hearing 2024: What happened in the last hearing?
As per reports, the bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud had set a hearing for September 27, but it was postponed due to the absence of Union of India representatives. The Supreme Court had initially taken up the case on September 13, when the Chief Justice noted that altering the exam format just three days prior was "very unusual." The court had requested responses from the National Board of Examinations (NBE) and the Center within a week and rescheduled the hearing for September 27. On September 26, the NBE submitted a brief reply and an affidavit.
