Tyson Fury breaks silence after Deontay Wilder repeats cheating and white supremacy claim

Tyson Fury is not backing down, but he is also not raising his voice. This week, the former heavyweight champion responded calmly after Deontay Wilder brought back explosive accusations from their past rivalry. Wilder claimed Fury cheated during their fights and went as far as linking the first bout to “white supremacy.” The comments quickly drew attention across the boxing world.

Fury chose a different approach. Instead of trading insults, he spoke about acceptance, faith, and how he handled recent losses. His response came after Wilder made the claims during an interview in New York. While Wilder promised proof in the future, Fury focused on his own journey, saying he has learned hard lessons from defeats and believes everything happens for a reason.

Deontay Wilder reignited the feud during an interview with The Ring Magazine. He called Fury “the biggest cheater in boxing history” and criticized referee Jack Reiss for allowing Fury to continue after a knockdown in their 2018 fight.

Wilder said, “In the first fight, with the referee, that’s white supremacy.” Wilder also claimed he has proof. He said, “I have proof and evidence of that. When I do my documentary and my movie, it will be presented.”

He added, “If I am lying, then sue me for defamation of character.” These comments came while Wilder was speaking alongside Derek Chisora, who has fought Fury three times.



Fury did not directly address the accusations. Instead, he spoke about how he dealt with his most recent setbacks against Oleksandr Usyk.

Fury said, “In my last two fights, I didn’t get the results I was after.” He continued, “Oleksandr got the results over me and fair play to him and his team and everybody around him.”

Fury described those defeats as lessons rather than injustice. He said, “They were life lessons. In this life, you don’t always get what you want.”

He also spoke about the emotional impact, saying, “It was not supposed to be for me over in Saudi and I was very hurt by that.”

He ended on a spiritual note. “I asked God why and realised it was his plan and his timing.” While Wilder promises future evidence, Fury’s message stayed focused on growth, belief, and moving forward rather than reopening old wounds.
