Ryan Garcia has ended the year with fresh controversy. After a tough loss to Rolando Romero and a hand injury that kept him out of action, many expected a quiet finish to 2025. Instead, Garcia has once again grabbed headlines. With a title fight against Mario Barrios just two months away, the boxer has shifted attention back to his disputed bout with Devin Haney. The timing has surprised fans and critics alike.Garcia recently spoke openly about the events surrounding that fight. While the outcome and doping fallout are already well known, new details about the lead-up have now emerged. The revelations come as Garcia prepares for another major opportunity. A possible rematch with Haney is also back in the discussion, adding more pressure to his upcoming fight.

N3on & Ryan Garcia Go On A Double Date!
Ryan Garcia shared new details during an interview with streamer N3on. The two spoke while filming a “Spicy Questions/Hot Ones” segment. When asked directly, “Have you ever done cke?” Garcia replied clearly, “Never have I done cke in my life.” He explained that he faced many accusations after the Haney fight and felt the need to address them.
As the conversation continued, N3on asked, “Wait, do they know about the day before or the day of the Devin (fight)?” Garcia appeared unsure at first. He then suggested many fans may already know what happened. He admitted, “For the Haney camp, obviously I was drinking a little bit up to the fight, and then the day of, I had a full blue moon.”Garcia went even further with his next statement. “And then I smoked a joint before the fight, and then I went to the locker room high as sh*t,” he said. He recalled Mike Tyson visiting his locker room before the bout. That night, Garcia dropped Haney three times and won by majority decision. The result was later overturned to a no contest after Garcia failed doping tests.Garcia has spoken about his behavior before. He previously said, “I admit my wrongs, and I don’t want anybody to take my actions of drinking and smoking before the fight and try to think that’s a way to handle yourself as a professional.” He also admitted earlier this year that he was “drinking every day, every single day, even the day of the (Haney) fight.”Now, Garcia appears focused on moving forward. With time passed and emotions cooled, he may be trying to clear the air before chasing another title. A win over Mario Barrios could open the door to a Haney rematch. For Garcia, that fight could shape how his career is remembered. Also Read: Conor McGregor sends cheeky Christmas wish for Jake Paul after his brutal broken jaw injury to Anthony Joshua’s knockout
