R Ashwin to C Munro, Once again bowls it on the pads, cramping Munro for room. He nudges it through mid-wicket to change strike.
R Ashwin to C Munro, NOT OUT! One look is all the umpire needed as Munro was inside. But encouraging signs for Ashwin as he got that one to turn. He bowls a loopy ball around off, drawing the batsman to drive. Munro does so as he plants his front foot forward and tries to stroke it. The ball however, turns away and that beats the outside edge. Rahul collects and whips the bails off and appeals. He seems to be confident. The umpire takes it upstairs and the replay shows Munro has his foot inside the crease. Munro survives and Delhi will breathe a sigh of a relief.
Has Ashwin struck in his first over? They have gone upstairs to check for a stumping and Rahul is very confident.
R Ashwin to G Gambhir, This time he tosses it up on off, Gambhir pushes it to the right of Ashwin who dives over the ball and concedes a run.
R Ashwin to G Gambhir, Once again flatter and quicker. Not tossing it up here is Ashwin. Gambhir works it through mid-wicket for a brace.
R Ashwin to C Munro, Starts off with a quicker delivery on the pads, Munro tucks it around the corner to mid on for the first run of this game.
A false start! All that build up and then Ashwin pulls out at the very last moment.
