And, Ashwin gets the final wicket of James Anderson. England end their first innings at 578 and India will finally have a sigh of relief. A massive first innings total set by England. India batting line-up will now have a lot to do and a lot will rest upon the shoulders of the top-order batsmen. The pitch has started to turn a lot more and England pacers led by experienced James Anderson will try to get the most with the new ball. For India, Jasprit Bumrah and Ashwin got three wickets each while Ishant Sharma and Shahbaz Nadeem also added a couple of wickets to their name.

OUT! Breakthrough for India after 25 minutes into Day 3. Jasprit Bumrah strikes with the third new ball. Traps Dom Bess in front of the stumps. New ball does the trick for India straightaway. India took the new ball, almost 23 overs after it was available. They must be wondering if they should have made the decision earlier. ENG 567/9

Leach survives a toe-crusher from Bumrah!
Once again, a cracking youker from Jasprit Bumrah but the batsman gets away with it. Yesterday, it was Ben Stokes and today it's Leach. Just gets the bat down in time. Bumrah has given his heart out but has not been as successful in terms of wickets in his home Test debut. ENG 561/8 after 183.4 overs.

Dominic Bess and Jack Leach are out in the middle to start the England innings on Day 3. R Ashwin has the ball in hand for India. Rishabh Pant says "Aachha start karange bhai logon" (We'll start well today boys) from behinds the stumps. Here we go!
