China Masters: Satwiksairaj Rankireddy-Chirag Shetty, PV Sindhu in quarter-finals

PV Sindhu and the doubles team of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty progressed to the quarterfinals of the China Masters Super-750 tournament in Shenzhen. PV Sindhu and doubles specialists Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty advanced to the quarterfinals of the China Masters BWF Super-750 tournament in Shenzhen on Thursday. Sindhu started with a 5-1 lead in the first game and extended it to 11-4 by the break.In the second game, Sindhu scored five straight points from 13-12 before winning it. In the quarterfinals, Sindhu will play An Se Young of Korea, who beat Mia Blichfeldt of Denmark 23-21, 21-14. Sindhu has never won against the world No. 1 in seven matches. “I am happy with the win.
