Strange worlds: 10 exoplanets discovered by Nasa

An exoplanet is a planet located outside our solar system. While most exoplanets orbit other stars, there are also free-floating exoplanets, known as rogue planets, which are not bound to any star. Once a gas giant the size of Jupiter, Kepler-70b was engulfed by its now-dead star—a journey that obliterates most planets.
