Sunny Leone's Manforce condom advertisement

Bollywood actor and reality TV star Sunny Leone took the ad world by storm with her latest steamy advertisement. The pretty actress is endorsing Manforce condoms and the ad shows her posing seductively and showing off her cleavage. In the advertisement, she holds her outfit with one hand and reaches for black grapes with the other. The shoot of the ad took place in Thailand.

Soon after the launch of advertisement, CPI leader Atul Anjan and Ex-DCW chief Barkha Singh called for a ban on it, calling it "shabby, ugly or immoral" and alleging that "such ads increase rapes in the country". Though hours after making the statement, Anjan issued an apology of sorts for his comments. It was high time Sunny shut these politicians down when she wrote this on Twitter: "Sad when people of power waste their time and energy on me, instead of focusing on helping those in need !!!!! #SHAME #EPICFAIL"

The advertisement besides being a sort of launch pad for model Sana Khan, emerged as an instant controversy booster. The ad features sultry Sana Khan washing the underwear, fantasising as if her husband is still wearing it and brandishing it to the other ladies at the dhobi ghaat. The ad did land up into controversy when it faced a potential ban for showing women in a different light. But, the ban was never imposed.
