Actors Saurav Das and Darshana Banik get married

Actor Saurav Das officially tied the knot with actress Darshana Banik on December 15. The couple who was reportedly dating for over a year now, has always been tight-lipped about their relationship. The newly-weds posted their first-ever pictures from their wedding in a collaborative post.
Darshana donned a traditional red Benarasi sari embellished with silver and gold-plated zari work, and paired with gold heirloom jewellery. The actress completed her look with sheen makeup, smokey eyes, nude lipstick, a bun, and a sholar mukut. Saurav, on the other hand, opted for a white-coloured thread-embroidered kurta, styled it with a dhoti and a red-hued shawl.

The wedding was graced by numerous celebrities, including Sourav Ganguly, Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar, Gaurav Chakrabarty, Ridhima Ghosh, Trina Saha and Neel Bhattacharya, to name a few. Prior to their wedding, the couple celebrated the gaye holud ceremony, where Darshana was seen wearing a yellow Benarasi saree and Saurav in a white kurta and dhoti.
