
The holy month of Ramadan has begun, marking the season of fasting and feasting. Fasting and abstaining from water and food throughout the day is not an easy task. Hence it is important to hydrate during the Sehri hours and consume plenty of liquids during Iftar. Here we have curated a list of ten refreshing and nutritious drinks one can make and consume at home during Ramadan.

For this lemonade, combine ginger juice with lemon juice, dilute it with water and season with honey and ice cubes. Stir well and enjoy.

For this juice, combine the juice of some carrots with 1 tbsp of ginger juice and 1 orange. Top it with some water and honey and enjoy.

This is also a high-energy drink. To make it, take the juice of two limes and combine it with 1 cup of pomegranate juice. Top it with honey and ice cubes and enjoy.

For this smoothie, simply blend one beetroot with one carrot and some milk. Add water if required and enjoy it fresh.

To make this sharbat, mix watermelon chunks into chilled milk along with rose syrup or Rooh Afza and some ice cubes. Also add soaked sabja (basil) seeds for extra cooling benefits and enjoy.

Take some soaked almonds and blend it with milk, cardamom, and saffron. Serve chilled for a nourishing drink.

For this one, take fresh coconut water, squeeze in lemon, and add a pinch of pink salt. Stir and enjoy.

Blend some soaked dates with banana, milk, and some honey for a healthy and natural energy boost.

Take some roasted gram flour and combine it with chilled water, lemon, coriander, salt, black salt, chaat masala and cumin powder. Stir well and enjoy the cooling drink.

Also known as Shikanji, this popular drink can be made by combining lemon juice, crushed mint, black salt, sugar, and chilled water. Add soda for fizz and enjoy during Iftar.
