His fitness instructor Kris Gethin, once mentioned that apart from a disciplined workout routine, the actor swears by homemade foods. In a recent post on Instagram, the actor shared his post workout meal and captioned, "The most unlikely post workout meal?" It is a traditional Indian flatbread made with sorghum flour, widely enjoyed across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, and parts of Madhya Pradesh. Naturally gluten-free and rich in dietary fibre, jowar roti is known for being light on digestion while keeping you full for longer.

As per his photo, the plate included Bhindi Fry, a dry side dish made with okra dices cooked in a kadhai in a tempering of mustard oil, cumin, green chilli, turmeric, and salt.

It includes a pan fry dish of beetroot too, where the diced beetroot was cooked in a tempering of oil, cumin, and chilli, along with salt and pepper.

This is one of the most popular lauki dishes, where lauki dices are cooked in a tempering of ghee, fenugreek seeds, green chilli, turmeric and salt.

The plate included Baigan fry, a classic pan-fried dish, where the baigan discs are pan-fried with onion, pepper, salt, and is topped with chaat masala.

This adds the extra crunch to the meal and is made with flour, ghee, or oil, and carom seeds. Papdi is rolled flat and deep-fried until golden and crunchy.

This is a lean, nutrient-dense food valued for its high-quality protein and easy digestibility. It is low in calories, completely free of fat and cholesterol. As per experts, cooked egg whites are ideal for weight management, muscle building, and heart-friendly diets.
