2 cups boiled rajma, 1 cup broccoli florets, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp rice flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 green chili, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 capsicum, 1/2 cup onion, 1 tsp amchur powder, and oil for cooking

Take boiled rajma in a mixing bowl and mash it well.

To this, add chopped broccoli and combine them well.

Add besan, rice flour, salt and other spices and combine well. Add flour, if required.

Chop coriander leaves and green chili, add to them to mixture and mix well again.

Shape the mixture into tikkis and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan, grease it well with ghee or oil and place the tikkis. Cook them on low-medium flame from both sides.

One done, serve hot with mint and coriander chutney and tomato ketchup on the side.
