If you consume any of these, avoid cooking them at extremely high temperatures (charred or grilled), if you really need to have it occasionally.

On the other hand, overcooking food kills most nutrients, which in turn can increase your chances of having cancer. Not only that, cooking food at high temperatures, especially starchy foods, can produce carcinogens like acrylamide.
