Bread Gulab Jamun


If you are craving Gulab Jamun and not in mood to take the lengthy route, turn leftover bread into a delicious dessert. All you need to do is just mix crumbled bread with milk, shape into balls, and fry until golden. Next, soak them in sugar syrup seasoned with cardamom powder and saffron strands. It’s a quick fix for sweet cravings with no khoya and stress.

Bread Roll



To make this deep-fried snack, roll the bread slices using a rolling pin. Place a cheese slice, paneer slice, and some oregano and chilli flakes. Roll it up and close the end using a few drops of water. Give the rolls a milk bath and then bake, deep fry, or air fry and enjoy with a side of mayonnaise.

If you are not in mood to deep fry bhallas, simply dip the bread slices in water gently squeeze out the excess water by pressing between your palms. Roll into soft balls, arrange on a plate pour chilled curd, drizzle tamarind and green chutneys as per your taste, along with spices like cumin powder, chaat masala, and black salt. Top with sev or pomegranate seeds for crunch and color and enjoy.
