Who says corsets are only for Gen Z? 90s heartthrob Madhuri Dixit is proof that icon energy never ages. The diva made heads turn in a stunning black corset, which looked poised, sophisticated, and undoubtedly polished. For a press event, Madhuri Dixit stepped out in this charming look, effortlessly carrying a poised and characterful avatar with ease.

She wore a stunning full-length corset set from House of Masaba’s collection, which came with a strapless finish and an embroidered gold palm motif, which is a signature of the label and a nod to maximalist fashion dressing. This little addition added just the right amount of bling without giving the gown an overwhelming appearance.

Moving on to the structure of the corset, which lent a definition to the silhouette and was adjusted with a dori at the back. Finishing off with delicate tassels, the subtle additions introduced a sense of movement with an edge of softness to the whole fit and looked absolutely magnificent.



Madhuri leaned into overt dramatic notes and carried a sheer balance with decorative restraint but tailoring magic. The corset was further paired with a black draped skirt, which neatly fell above the ankle and was secured with fluid side seams. Her gold jewellery note brought warmth to the monochrome palette, where she opted for textured statement earrings and stacked bangles, which echoed with the embroidery without competing for attention.
