Nayantara Sahgal

Architect of Indian literary landscape, the original feminist and advocate of freedom, Nayatara Sahgal is the 'author of the month' for Write India short story writing contest. Born in 1927, Sahgal is the daughter of Vijay Lakshmi Pandit, who was India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s sister.
