CHANDIGARH: While celebrations for the 400th anniversary of the installation of Guru Gra-nth Sahib are in full swing in Amritsar, two Takhts, Hazoor Sahib in Nanded (Maharashtra) and Patna Sahib (Bihar), have struck a discordant note, saying they would observe the anniversary on September 15, not on September 1.
