NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left on Sunday for Kuala Lumpur to attend a summit with leaders of the 10-member ASEAN nations as well as the first ever East Asia summit of 16 regional countries. The prime minister will have a busy schedule for the next three days during which he is likely to meet separately with leaders of most of these countries, including China, Japan and Australia, before returning home Wednesday night.
