What steps should the government take to curb the increasing traffic chaos in D ward?

A TOI survey shows that citizens are unhappy with traffic, roads and are also disappointed with other services. Mumbai's slide into decay must be arrested and the survey is the first step towards doing that.

There should be first good, accountable & responsible government then only services can be bettered otherwise all suggestions will fall on deaf ears. When rulers become robbers every planning will end in fiasco/chaos.

Too many vehicles and narrow roads contribute this. So do not allow so many vehicles and charge for their use or levy a cess for using the crowded roads as it will help all concerned. make people share their vehicles when the go the same way and ask them to use public transport.
