Continuing the seamless document retrieval process, CBSE Class XII students can also download their mark sheets through the Digilocker account accessed on WhatsApp. A simple 'Hi' in the MyGov chat window opens up the main menu, allowing users to navigate to their Class XII marksheet.

WhatsApp users can access their PAN cards by re-entering the MyGov chat window and sending a 'Hi' to access the main menu. The app's intuitive interface enables users to easily locate and download their PAN cards, streamlining the document retrieval process.

Driving Licence

In a move towards greater convenience, WhatsApp users can now access their driving licences directly on their mobile devices. A quick interaction with the MyGov chatbot by sending a 'Hi' opens up the main menu, providing users with instant access to their driving licences.

​Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)

For those times when carrying a physical copy of the Vehicle Registration Certificate is impractical, users can turn to WhatsApp for a solution. By entering the MyGov chat window and sending a 'Hi,' users can access the main menu and retrieve their Vehicle Registration Certificates.

​Insurance Policy document

WhatsApp, in collaboration with Digilocker, extends its services to include the retrieval of insurance policy documents. By typing 'Hi' in the MyGov chat, users can navigate to the main menu, where they'll find options to download various insurance policy documents, including life, vehicle, and medical insurance.
