Television actor Titiksha Das set to make big-screen debut

Television actor Titiksha Das, known for her steady run in multiple prime-time serials, is set to step into Bengali cinema with her first feature film. The actor will make her big-screen debut with Bahurupi 2: The Golden Daku. The sequel is directed by the filmmaker duo Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee, marking Titiksha’s first collaboration with the pair. While details about her character remain under wraps, it is said that she will appear in a special role.The storyline of Bahurupi revolved around a high-profile bank robber and a seasoned police officer, with the cat-and-mouse chase between the two forming the core of the narrative. It featured Shiboprosad Mukherjee, Koushani Mukherjee, Ritabhari Chakraborty, and Abir Chatterjee in key roles.
